Todate I’ve written three self-help books, 'Anger Gone! How to Easily Defeat Anger', 'Stress Gone! How to Identify and Reduce Stress Easily', and 'Stress Gone! Tips'. Two more books are on the way to further assist people in dealing with their personal obstacles. In 2007 I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as "Tapping", and immediately started using it in client consultations with astonishing effectiveness. No matter what emotional complexity I’m presented with, clients benefit with impressive results. The focus of my therapy practise includes Anger and Stress Management, Trauma Counselling, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Fears and Phobias, Grief and Loss, Relationship issues, as well as LGBTQ Identity Issues. In any crisis, I'm your immediate 'go to' girl! As the quintessential ‘student of life’ I’ve continued to educate myself over the past 25 years, studying a variety of complimentary healing modalities, metaphysics, meditation and nature conservation too. This provides me with a unique skill set, and a holistic approach to my work as a Stress Expert. Personal development is also important to me, and I don’t think I will ever stop learning, growing and evolving.
